If Your Child Is Kind-Hearted but Struggles to Handle Pressure from Others…

This Program Teaches Them How to Stay Calm, Set Boundaries, and Respond with Confidence

The Bully Code:

A structured, step-by-step approach to help your child develop awareness, self-control, and practical self-protection skills — without becoming aggressive or someone they’re not.

When parents first come in to speak with me, the conversation usually starts the same way.

They’re not looking for their child to become a different person.

They just want them to be:

  • "...a little more confident..."

  • "...a little more aware..."

  • "...able to handle difficult situations without shutting down..."

Sometimes the child is being picked on.

Sometimes they struggle to speak up.

Sometimes they simply don’t know what to do when someone crosses a line.

And as a parent, that’s a hard place to be — because you want to help, but you also know they need to be able to handle these moments themselves.

One of the biggest challenges is this:

In the moment, most kids don’t have a plan.

They hesitate.

They freeze.

Or they react emotionally and things escalate.

And advice like:

  • "Ignore it”

  • “Walk away”

  • “Tell a teacher”

…while well intentioned, but often such advice isn’t enough on its own...

What they need is something more practical.

They need to know how to recognize what’s happening, stay composed, and respond appropriately.

A Different Approach to Self-Protection

In our training, we emphasize something very simple:

"Calm energy is strong energy."

The goal is not to make a child aggressive.

The goal is to help them:

  • Stay calm under pressure

  • Think clearly

  • Respond with intention instead of reacting emotionally

We also teach what I often refer to as developing a focused "warrior mode" — not anger, not aggression — but a state of awareness, readiness, and control.

Because when a child can access that state, everything changes.

If this sounds like your child, you can learn exactly how this program works below — or get started now.

What This Program Is Designed to Do

This program takes the core principles we teach in our training and presents them in a clear, structured way your child can begin to understand and apply.

They will learn:

  • How to recognize when a situation is starting to turn negative

  • How to use their voice and presence to set boundaries

  • How to stay composed instead of freezing

  • If necessary, what to do to keep themselves safe

At the same time, we reinforce:

  • Awareness

  • Self-awareness

  • Kindness

  • Self-control

Because those qualities matter just as much as physical skill.

It is important to understand:

This is not a magic solution that changes everything overnight.

Real confidence is built through:

  • Consistent practice

  • Repetition

  • Guidance

And when a child begins to understand what to do — and starts to feel even a small sense of control — positive changes often begin to show up sooner than parents expect.

We see it all the time:

Posture changes...
Eye contact improves...
Responses become more deliberate...

And over time, others begin to notice as well.

This Program is NOT For Everyone

Who This Is For

This program is a good fit for:

  • Children who are kind-hearted but struggle to handle pressure from others

  • Kids who tend to freeze, shut down, or avoid conflict

  • Parents who want their child to develop calm confidence and clear boundaries

  • Families who value awareness, self-control, and thoughtful response

If this sounds like your child, you, your family, the next step is simply to see what’s included in the program below.

Who This Is Not For

This program may not be the right fit for:

  • Those looking for a quick or overnight solution

  • Children who are unwilling to engage or practice

  • Parents seeking aggressive or purely combative approaches

The focus here is on developing awareness, control, and appropriate response — not aggression.

Over the years, I’ve worked with students who were very kind, but insecure, unsure of how to handle themselves in difficult situations.

With consistent training and guidance, those same students began to change in noticeable ways...

They maintained positive eye-contact.
They began to speak up and stand up for themselves.
Their emerging confidence became apparent.

And in many cases, the situations they were dealing with began to change as well.

Not because they became aggressive — but because they became assertive and more prepared.

What’s included in this program is designed to begin developing those same qualities in other students.

Your child does not need to become aggressive to be safe.

They can remain kind.

They can remain respectful.

But they also need to understand:

  • when a line has been crossed, and,

  • how to respond appropriately when that happens

That balance — between kindness and strength — is what we work to develop.

Frequently Asked Questions

What age group is this course designed for?

This course is for ages 10 and above, but some children as young as 7 or 8 should be able to understand and apply the principles with the help of an adult.

How long is the course?

The course contains an introduction, one written lesson and five video lessons, along with quizzes and homework. Lessons are drip-fed with new lessons being unlocked every few days. Because the course is self-paced, the amount of time required to complete the course will depend on the student.

How long do I have access to the course and its materials?

Your access to the course will be ongoing, as long as the course exists.

Can I work through the course with my child or should they do it alone?

If at all possible, we highly recommend the student and parents / guardians / or other trusted adults work through the course together.

Does The Bully Code really work?

While nothing works 100% of the time for 100% of the population, yes, The Bully Code works for those who do the work. If one just watches the video lessons but does not practice and apply the principles, no anti-bullying program will work, no matter how great it may be. Only those who do the work will reap the rewards.

What if my child is extremely shy?

This program is very helpful for children who are shy or insecure and who tend to shutdown or hesitate when in a bullying pressure situation.

Can adults take the course as a student?

Absolutely! Truth is, bullying affects adults too, whether it occurs in the workplace, or at a university, or in the neighborhood, etc. Adults will also benefit from studying, practicing, and assimilating the principles of The Bully Code.
